The four main and greatest responsibilities of management are common across all sectors. They are planning, organizing, leading and controlling. Each of them is a stepping stone to the other and one leads to the other. All these combined in the right direction guarantees organizational success. In the planning stage some detailed action plan is made which aims to fulfil some organizational goals. Without a plan or a blueprint, the next steps cannot be achieved. The second stage is organizing and it refers the distribution of resources and organizing the employees as per the planning.
